The Managing Partner of NidraMed Health Solutions is an MBA from a reputed Indian university with over four decades of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Serving as the strategic and scientific cornerstone of the organization, this leadership role shapes the company’s vision, drives innovation, and ensures that every initiative aligns with clinical excellence and long-term impact. With deep expertise in Coronary Intervention, the Managing Partner leads clinical engagement with Interventional Cardiologists, expands the Coronary Intervention portfolio, and develops strong networks across high-potential Cath Labs. The role also focuses on the scientific positioning of advanced solutions such as the iVascular range, organizing expert forums and webinars, and creating knowledge-sharing platforms that strengthen collaboration within the medical community. Blending passion with precision, and compassion with strategy, this leadership function emphasizes trust-based relationships within hospital ecosystems while driving sustainable demand generation and revenue realization. The result is consistent market growth built on credibility, scientific integrity, and people-centric execution.
Marketing & Scientific Affairs Lead

The core focus lies in disseminating knowledge through meaningful online and offline engagements, scientifically promoting the Coronary Intervention (CI) range, and fostering strong relationships with domestic and international cardiologists. This includes organizing workshops, webinars, expert-led programs, and actively participating in conferences to stay aligned with evolving clinical advancements. The role also emphasizes identifying and onboarding strategic global and domestic partners to expand reach and collaboration. Guided by the principle of delivering solutions that enhance patient outcomes and redefine standards of care, this leadership function seamlessly blends innovation, collaboration, and evidence-based strategy to create sustainable impact in the healthcare ecosystem.
Head of Operations & Supply Chain
Operational Excellence & Governance
Led by a seasoned hotel management professional with over 25 years of academic and industry experience, this role brings operational excellence and disciplined execution to the heart of the organization. With a sharp focus on process optimization and accountability, it ensures seamless coordination across inventory management, timely Cath Lab product delivery, regulatory and institutional compliance, real-time usage tracking, AI-enabled stock monitoring, lifecycle and expiry management, and efficient resolution of quality concerns, including DES and DEB replacement processes. Beyond operational execution, the function also oversees critical administrative and financial responsibilities. This includes managing delivery challans and tax invoicing, maintaining cloud-based visibility through Zoho-enabled systems, ensuring strong financial governance and audit coordination, leading recruitment and operational staffing, and driving cost optimization with continuous ROI monitoring. Together, these efforts ensure that operational precision becomes the foundation for sustainable and scalable growth.
